We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, health records, or caste/religious information at the time of request submission.

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• ·Matching you with exactly 2 verified local experts for your stated service need
• ·Sending your contact details to those 2 matched experts so they can reach you directly
• ·Improving platform quality and matching accuracy
• ·Communicating platform updates if you have opted in
• ·Complying with applicable Indian law

Core privacy guarantee: Your submitted contact details (name and phone number) are shared with a maximum of 2 verified experts matched to your specific request. Your data is never:

• ·Sold to third-party aggregators, directories, or data brokers
• ·Broadcast to more than 2 matched experts at any time
• ·Added to any bulk marketing list or cold-calling pool
• ·Shared with advertisers for targeting purposes

The 2 matched experts are independent professionals who have agreed to SearchGuru’s Vendor Terms, which prohibit spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, and misuse of your contact data.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• ·Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand traffic patterns and service demand (anonymised)
• ·Microsoft Clarity — to understand user interaction and improve platform UX
• ·Session cookies — to maintain your preferences during a browsing session
• ·Vercel Analytics — for performance monitoring

You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Core platform functionality does not require tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
