SearchGuru is an online expert matching platform that connects individuals seeking local professional services with verified independent service providers (“Experts”). The platform currently operates in Allahabad (Prayagraj) and Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

SearchGuru is a neutral intermediary. We do not employ, supervise, or direct the Experts matched through the platform. Experts are independent professionals responsible for the quality and legality of services they provide.

By accessing or using SearchGuru, you confirm that:

• ·You are at least 18 years of age
• ·You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• ·The information you provide is accurate and complete
• ·You will use the platform only for lawful purposes

SearchGuru is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Expert matching for legal services is a referral function only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no information here should be relied upon as such.

When using SearchGuru, you agree to:

• ·Provide accurate contact information and a genuine description of your service need
• ·Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests
• ·Not use the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm Experts or other users
• ·Not attempt to circumvent the platform’s matching system by contacting Experts outside the platform before they contact you
• ·Not submit multiple duplicate requests for the same requirement
• ·Treat matched Experts professionally and with respect

Experts listed on SearchGuru are independent professionals, not employees or agents of SearchGuru. SearchGuru makes reasonable efforts to verify Expert credentials, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any Expert’s stated qualifications, availability, or suitability for your specific need.

Any agreement, engagement, or payment arrangement you enter into with a matched Expert is solely between you and that Expert. SearchGuru is not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any Expert.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ·SearchGuru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind
• ·SearchGuru does not guarantee that any Expert will contact you, respond within any stated SLA, or provide satisfactory service
• ·SearchGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• ·SearchGuru’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that user to SearchGuru in the 3 months preceding the claim

The following uses of the platform are strictly prohibited:

• ·Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data
• ·Impersonating any person or entity
• ·Submitting requests for services that are illegal under Indian law
• ·Attempting to interfere with the platform’s systems or security
• ·Using the platform to conduct competing commercial activities

All platform content, design, software, trademarks (including “SearchGuru”, “Private Expert Routing™”, “SpamShield™”), and methodologies are the property of SearchGuru and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

SearchGuru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting SearchGuru at legal@searchguru.in.
