How your enquiry is handled, who sees it, and what rights you have.

1. What Happens When You Submit an Enquiry
When you fill the property enquiry form on SearchGuru, your details (name, phone number, requirement, and timeline) are securely recorded and shared with a maximum of two (2) verified property advisors or builders who are relevant to your stated requirement and city. We do not share your enquiry with more than two parties. This is a hard limit enforced by our platform — it is the core promise of our service.
2. Who Receives Your Enquiry
Your enquiry is routed only to builders, developers, or property advisors who: • Are registered on SearchGuru and have agreed to our Vendor Terms • Are currently active and operating in the city and segment you selected • Have a track record of responding within the stated response window We do not sell leads to bulk aggregators, data brokers, or unverified third parties.
3. How Your Data Is Used
Your contact details are shared with matched vendors solely for the purpose of responding to your stated property requirement. Vendors may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS in connection with your enquiry. SearchGuru retains your enquiry record for service quality, analytics, and dispute resolution. We do not use your data for advertising on third-party platforms without your consent.
4. Your Right to Withdraw
You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time by contacting us at support@searchguru.in. We will remove your data from our active records within 7 business days and request removal from vendor systems where technically feasible. Once a vendor has received your contact details, we cannot guarantee recall from their independent CRM systems.
5. No Brokerage or Commission
SearchGuru does not charge you any brokerage, commission, or service fee for submitting a property enquiry. The service is free for property seekers. Builders and developers listed on SearchGuru are charged a lead-connection fee by SearchGuru. This fee is not passed to you in any form.
6. Accuracy of Information
Property prices, project details, and availability shown on SearchGuru pages are indicative and sourced from builder/advisor submissions. SearchGuru does not independently verify pricing or inventory in real time. Always confirm current pricing, legal status, and RERA registration directly with the builder or advisor before making any financial commitment.
7. Changes to These Terms
SearchGuru may update these enquiry terms from time to time. Continued use of the enquiry form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with a revision date at the top of this page.
